Thank you for shopping with Treblehealth. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or an exchange. Please read the policy below for details.
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original tags and labels.
Return Process
To request a return, email shop@treblehealth.com
to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase and the RMA number, and mail the return to:

You are responsible for return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the date we receive the item for processing.
